Who is this for?
This is for any working parent navigating parental leave — whether you're pregnant, recently had a baby, or returning to work after leave. It's built for parents across industries, roles, and family structures.
When should I start using the platform?
You can begin at any time. Some parents start during pregnancy or the adoption process, while others begin during their leave or shortly before returning to work. Our content is flexible and supports you no matter your stage.
What’s included in my membership?
You’ll have 12 months of access to personalized course recommendations, a guided digital workbook, expert-led live events and recordings, a supportive listserv community, and optional coaching add-ons.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No, this platform is not a substitute for mental health care or medical guidance. While we cover topics like emotional well-being and postpartum changes, everything is designed for general support and education — not clinical treatment.

After signing up, you’ll receive an email with your login and a short survey to personalize your experience. From there, your recommended path and access to all features will unlock.
What is Resilient Returns for Business?
Resilient Returns for Business is our employer-focused version of the platform, providing easy-to-manage tools for supporting working parents during parental leave and return-to-work transitions.
How do we get started with Resilient Returns?
After purchasing online, the person who completes the order can choose to become the Business Admin or assign someone else. That Admin receives a secure email invitation to log in and access their dashboard.
What does the Admin need to do?
The Admin logs in and fills out a short form for each employee. They provide the employee’s name, email, and mailing address. Optional fields like due date and parental role can also be added. After submitting, Resilient Returns takes over from there.
What happens after a parent is added?
We reach out to the parent with a personalized email. They create their login, confirm their due date and leave length, and immediately get access to courses, workbooks, webinars, and our parent support community.
Do we have to track leave dates or follow up with parents?
No. Resilient Returns handles all communications and reminders automatically. Parents receive the right support at the right time, without added work for your team.
Is a gift sent to every new parent?
We offer a Welcome Baby Gift Package to be sent on your company’s behalf, but it is never automatic. Two weeks after the due date, we send the Admin a confirmation email. With a single click, they can choose to send the gift. This ensures the gesture is respectful and thoughtfully timed.
Can we opt out of the gift option entirely?
Yes. If your organization prefers not to offer this feature, we can disable gift confirmation emails at any time. Just let us know during setup or later.
How much time will this take our team to manage?
Very little. Most companies spend under five minutes enrolling each parent. Resilient Returns manages everything after that, with no ongoing admin lift required.
Is there any software to install?
No. The system is fully cloud-based. Your Admin and parent users simply log in through secure web links. No IT setup is needed.
