How much time does it take to manage an employee in the portal?

Very little. Enrolling a new parent user takes less than five minutes. After that, the system automates notifications and reminders. Your main interaction will be reviewing the guided check-in forms and utilizing the data insights, which saves time compared to managing the process manually.

What kind of insights can we get from the Analytics Dashboard?

What are Micro-Trainings and who are they for?

Micro-Trainings are short, actionable videos (under 20 minutes) designed for managers. They cover crucial topics like how to respond to news of a pregnancy loss with compassion. Each training comes with key takeaways and downloadable one-sheets to equip your leaders with the confidence to handle sensitive situations effectively.

How does the Resource Hub work?

The Resource Hub allows you to create and store important documents, guides, and links for your team. You can control the visibility of each resource, making it private for admins, sharing it with all employees, or, for our reseller partners, sharing it with specific clients. Is our company and employee data secure?
